Renowned composer Tom Hodge, a two time Ivor Novello nominee, stands at the forefront of shaping contemporary soundscapes for film and television. His gripping score for Kevin Macdonald’s acclaimed feature film THE MAURITANIAN, starring Tahar Rahim, Jodie Foster, and Benedict Cumberbatch, is a testament to his artistry.
In 2019, Tom received an Ivor Novello nomination for his score in the BBC/PBS series RISE OF THE NAZIS, and in 2026 he received a further nomination for his score for Aoife Kelleher’s feature documentary TESTIMONY. He has continued his collaboration with Academy Award winning director Kevin Macdonald, providing music for HIGH & LOW: JOHN GALLIANO, KLITSCHKO: MORE THAN A FIGHT, and the Academy long listed LAST SONG FROM KABUL.
Other score credits include Amir Bar-Lev’s THE LAST FIRST: WINTER K2, which opened the Sundance Film Festival in 2026, two critically acclaimed primetime dramas for James Watkins, Emmy-winning MCMAFIA and THE IPCRESS FILE, alongside Martin Campbell’s action thriller CLEANER, starring Daisy Ridley, and Ed Lovelace’s NAME ME LAWAND, as well as additional music for Netflix’s blockbuster EXTRACTION 2, starring Chris Hemsworth.
